    This position provided flexible work hours, a fun work environment, training for the job, and overall a great experience.

    Cons

    The workload slows in the middle of the semester, but is extremely busy at the beginning and the end.

    Pros

    Super flexible hours to fit within your classes. Really great environment with a bunch of college students who you'll love to be working with. Everybody who works here is kind and inviting.

    Cons

    Obviously there is not much room for advancement at a university gym. Opening hours are early and closing hours are late due to the gym always being open.
