    Many opportunities for development, excellent work environment, steady salary, great insurance

    Cons

    As with any place, there are office politics to navigate, but nothing too terrible. Civil service staff is often inflexible, but you can usually work around that.

    The workload slows in the middle of the semester, but is extremely busy at the beginning and the end.
