    Pros

A lot of learning, freedom, and hands on activities. There also is a huge pantry with free breakfast/lunch foods. Everyone that interned there also had the opportunity to earn a full time position through the Start Program.

    Cons

Aside from the other interns you really don't have interaction with anyone else in the office (which is pretty large)

    Advice to Management

Incorporate the interns with the full time employees some how. Other than that it's great.

    Pros

Such great benefits, pay. Several incentives to have employee feel like they are valued.

    Cons

Your experience will depend on who is your manager. There are several managers who look to develop you and help you progress internally. There are others who don’t.

I have been working at Bloomberg BNA full-time

    Pros

START is a very comprehensive program where you will learn about three different product lines. We have an assigned sales trainer who works with us for the training year. He is wonderful. I am half way through the year long program and I am so happy I came to Bloomberg BNA. I was nervous about making the move to Arlington, but I've made great friends through the START program. We socialize on the weekends and I know we will stay in touch after we move into field sales. I will be well prepared to be successful in sales after I finish the program and I will have excellent product knowledge. I had multiple job offers and I choose the START program. It has worked out great for me. I am thrilled I choose Bloomberg BNA.

    Cons

There is a lot to learn about all the products. This can be challenging, but we have great Sales Trainers working with us.

    Advice to Management

More communication across different business units with feedback would benefit the organization.

    Pros

    The benefits are somewhat good

    Cons

Horrible place. You cannot go to HR when you have a compliant since all they do is fire people or they partner up with managers to help get rid of you

    Advice to Management

Hopefully upper mamagement will open their eyes.

I have been working at Bloomberg BNA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Used to be a great company as BNA

    Cons

Since the Bloomberg acquisition, the culture has shifted to an "I don't care about my employees " attitude. There are no rewards for top talent. No perks or incentives to meet quota.

    Advice to Management

You are losing great talent because of the I don't care attitude. I think this will be the death of the company.
