Very supporting people and very nice management mainly Ms office team Leader and Very friendly design lead finally very nyc place to work

One and only Timings flexible

No hikes.... No bonus... No incentives.... Heavy work given... mental torture .... strict rules... suddenly Terminate the employees without intimation... i wasted 2 yrs in this company... company ready to board any time...

1 .Waste HR 2. Asked to signa bond of 3 year , 3 month notice period, 5lakh bond , even they are not paying 4lpa....by the way you have to waste your career in this sit 3. Every day HR changing her policies 4. Good employyes going out due to HR and Top Management 5. Wrost biometric, even HR don't know how to calculate in and out time :) 6. HR don't know what they have to do. 7. Some idiots are acting smart in design but they are wrost. 8.

Only good for just college passed out freshers

No ethics, No proper management, No policies, No proper HR Heavy torture, Management don't even think about the system issue,network issue,tool issues nothing. At the end they want numbers from you. They wont even provide windows systems or laptops because they cant buy the license. I am ready to die but wont join this company again.
