The HR wants to only do what he wants, fakes all hands ratings, does not listen to employees. Has an event community but no events. Good HRs make great cultures but bad HRs can ruin a company

1. Friendly environment. 2. Flexible timing.

1. No proper communication across teams. 2. No job security (They remove their employees in a blink). 3. No support from managers to learn new skills. 4. You can't learn new things if you are working at Bombay Play. 5. Poor career & financial growth. 6. Too much of meetings, you don't get time to prioritize your work.

Pros
Best Co-Founders Possible. They are extremely supportive and listen to feedbacks calmly. The hierarchy is flat which makes everyone reachable. The HRs are the best. They take utmost care of the employees with prompt actions and replies. Apart from this, the employees are amazing. The pool of knowledge which they posses is huge.

Pros
It has been around 6 months since I joined Bombay Play as a software engineer. the work environment is quite stable here with full of fun activities. I enjoy every movement while working in a team. Co-founders are really supportive and give regular feedback/appreciation to the teams which keep us motivated. Some other Pros 1. Amazing work culture 2. Flexible working hours 3. Regular TGIF every Friday 4. Amazing team members to work with 5. Sharp learning curve 6. Helpful Colleagues 7. Really like the initiative of regular feedback from employee and acting on it proactively.
