Time for personal life is very difficult, you need to work round the clock and also on off s, otherwise you ll get bombarded, and they dont treat all of them the same ,they only treat people good when they perform for one time and the next time when they are on a bad patch they keep pressurizing them. Lot of internal Politics within Managers and team happens which is a sad case.

The management is least bothered the design and are just fooling the clients with their discount baith. The payment system is again a fraud. They never pay what they have promised and makes excuse of company's financial status and on the other hand keeps hiring and fool potential employees too. Very bad environment to work for, company treats the employees like slave and takes advantage of their condition. No support from the internal teams, everyone just plays the blame game. There is no breathing space for any of the employee because of the unrealistic process. The policies keeps changing and they always try to get away with it through loop holes. The authorities try to show that it's the best company to work for but when it comes to salary they can't pay and expect to be available 24x7 with no personal space. A designer always wants to do justice to their designs but for the management it's always about money which the employees never gets.

The company has been making 5 crores per month, but they still went ahead and started pay cuts for every employee. The whole setup is flawed and the management doesn't care about it's employees. Each designer had been working really hard every day (forget about weekends since they don't consider employees as human beings), to not get paid for what it's worth. The company is really bad and people searching for a job, should not even think once about applying here. Working hours: Minimum 12 hours a day Working days: 7 days a week Mental health: None Management Support: Nil Infact, the clients are also facing a lot of issues because of the situation within the company. I would have told all my clients that please don't come to Bonito but I decided to move on. The saddest part of my life!
