Well, they fired many employees just because the company grew 10-15% instead of 20-25%, so that’s a start. The CEO said that no one dies of COVID, and he compared the staff to a football team, he said that a football team cannot work if they play from home, so we could not work from home either (office jobs were working from home or the office makes no difference).
The management is not good at all, it’s impossible to understand what are the goals of the company, they do something like buying a whole new company and then fire their own employees.
The teams are a Russian roulette, some are toxic, I personally saw episodes of mobbing, forcing people to work for more hours than they were paid for, and being micromanaged to the point of exasperation.
