RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Bosley full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Love getting to connect with Patients on a personal level during consultations. I get constant support from leadership and the company truly feels like one big family. My dad to day work is always exciting and even fun. Consultations are different everyday and its always rewarding seeing Patients come back happy with their results. LOVE the Doctor that I work for. Can't say enough about Dr. Kilgore in Dallas. She is amazing and so caring with her team and her Patients. Our CEO and President is very genuine and is always so respectful to us. He has been with the company for a long time and knows that it can be a grind at times and is very understanding. He provides a lot of support and adds to the pride I have for this company.
Cons
No 401K match. This has been an issue for years as I understand.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Bosley full-time for less than a year
Pros
You're constantly surrounded by the best in the industry here- from the most skilled surgeons, to the most creative marketing team and the most empathetic, passionate counselors. That kind of environment is energizing! I feel supported in ensuring that our patients experience the best possible outcomes and our people enjoy the most fulfilling careers. Work-life balance is extremely reasonable and rare for this day and age. There are lots of opportunities for growth. Managers seem to truly care about the rest of the organization, through all levels. Nothing is better than seeing a patient you met with before their procedure looking and feeling their best post-procedure. Everyone here seems to thrive on that, which creates a strong sense of shared purpose.
Cons
None that I have encountered thus far.
