CEO has a history of making sexist and racist comments during company meetings. There is no possibility of any repercussions for this behavior or any complaints really because the only member of HR is the CEO’s wife. This is one of the reasons why diversity is severely lacking. Pay and benefits are below industry standard but engineers are often overworked. Management is chaotic, the engineers suffer heavily because of it. No mentorship or guidance, most new engineers don’t last very long. Even some engineers who have had a long career there are not treated well.
