Pros
They are great at getting you on job very fast.
Cons
They said my work was great and then when I asked for a raise, to be paid the market, they fired me and didn't try to strike a deal. They said I should believe in the mission and not in the salary. At times I had to use my own personal computer for presentations and was not offered one.

Pros
lots of freedom in a way of writing code and designing solutions to problems. Lots of ways to learn different things in software development. Team that I was working with was very responsive if I had technical problems. Nice co-working space in downtown Boston. Boston office manager is super friendly and honest.
Cons
Low pay, at least in my case. Some team members speak very little English.
