People care. Executives care. Performance and accountability are expected - but if you bring your best, you will not be treated better at any other company in the world.

Challenging sale. Must do your homework and invest the time. But the reward is big.

Pros
I was hesitant when I first applied to this job because I was worried that the amazing reviews about company culture were too good to be true. I have to say, the company culture is genuinely fantastic. I enjoy going to work and Box genuinely cares about you and your growth within the company. I'm always skeptical of OTE when it comes to sales, but hitting quota (and even exceeding it) is very doable! If you're looking to get into sales I don't think there's a better place to work.
