Worst Management. A huge NO if you are looking to join.

      Pros

Provide cross functional roles, Discount on food to employees. If you are ready to eat after knowing the condition of kitchen.

      Cons

No work life balance, you are responsible for the full day operations have to attend the issue from morning 5AM to late night 2 AM Marketing team is asked to give feedback on social platforms to improving glassdoor reviews - basically fake reviews They fired a team giving just 1 day notice (told it was a business call) -so literally no job security, have fired ground HR team, and hiring responsible is added on operation team. Management expect you to work around 12-13 hrs a day, and tries to motivate you telling hardwork is required, giving fake examples of colleges form different cities. Huge politics - if you want to be in top management you have to be from ISM Dhanbad. Bad leave policy, No week offs, even if you are on long vacation with family you have to manage it over call. 3 months notice period Founders have no value to their employees, they use foul language. Incentive structure is just to keep everyone working for 24 hr a day and at month end they use to change their rules and make sure you get nothing. You will never get salary on time. Founders changes their rules literally every week, looking like they themselves doesn't have any vision. A huge NO, if you are thinking to work with Bxo8.

      Epitome of over-exploitation!

      Pros

Employee Discount on Food. You'll love any other job after you work here.

      Cons

Firstly, the CTC is a lie, don't fall for it. Over exploitation of employees. No work life balance. No weekends. No HR policies, like seriously, HR doesn't exist. No proper salary structure. They treat you like slaves and you'll get work calls even at 2 am and 5 am, not kidding. It is a SHOP, not a company. No degree of helplessness is worth working here. They do not treat you like humans, they treat you like slaves.

      Pros

Discount on food as someone mentioned below

      Cons

Where should I start. Do you want to be in a startup where founders would insult/taunt you if you leave before 8.30 PM? where founders closely track your in and out times, not your work? Where founders want you to send the selfie at desk when you reach the office? Do you want to be in a company where founders think they own you? Do you want to work for a startup where founders get disturbed by Glassdoor reviews, but not by pathetic infra, unhygienic food being served to customers, exploitation of store staff and jaw-dropping attrition at all the levels? Where terms and words are not honored as you would see your notice period gets extended ? Do you want to work With founders with zero empathy, no people management skills? Where lunch topic discussions are always about job hunting? Where there are no festival holidays? Where they hire engineers and MBAs for the same role and encourage confusion/chaos/fights by not deciding on hierarchy? Li'l piece of advice to MBA grads - Do not get misled by fancy JDs and designatios which sound good and important. Talk to employees and ex-employees who will share the truth with you. Don't get fooled by recruiter guy's demeanor which make you feel as if you are being recruited for Facebook/Google. If you are Planning to apply - just drop it Received the offer - take your resignation back and stay with your present employer. Joined recently - may the force be with you!

Not a startup, but a college fest committee (Review from Ex Core Team Member)

      Pros

Challenging assignments Discount on food Directly working with founders

      Cons

Apart from your salary, there are no benefits/perks. e.g. Insurance,Medicare No office infra (office set up like government office, pathetic internet, stinking/unhygienic toilets) No vision, No organizational growth path Founders need to up their game. At first, they need to start behaving like organizational head rather than Co-ordinators of College fest. There is zero customer centricity. Even if its all about the money, their lack of customer focus is going to cost them. Founders need to start investing in people and building a culture. Shockingly, Founders invest their time in Glassdoor Fake reviews project and stalking employees on job portals to track their moves. They are still unperturbed by the significant level of attrition at MBA grads. Note to MBAs - Candidates get easily influenced /misled by fancy JDs and designations (core team member/City heads/recently created Area Business Partner). Think twice and talk to current employees before even applying for this company.
