Pros

Absolutely nothing positive to share.

Cons

Upper Management 0/10 Founder 0/10 Operations 1/10 Toxic Work Culture 100/10 BMI ensures death of advertising Affairs within the same team Cultural slurs, vocal judgement and insensitivity is commonplace Systemic mental harassment and false sense of urgency Aloof management Official mode of internal/external communication is Whatsapp (even for sharing fonts) because the management can't be bothered to check emails Non-existence of processes Monitoring and scrutiny of 8.5 hours in office everyday. Even a minute less and you get marked as absent for half-day. Work itself is quite sub-par and there is disproportionate focus on things that don't matter People work is complete silos Upper management practising modern slavery Upper management has a set 'style of working' and everybody needs to learn and implement it Brainstorming is a joke. Upper management's standard response to every thought starter/ idea is 'NO'. Small, everyday frustrations: lack of basic amenities for a conducive workplace like WIFI Bidding on the ONE conference room daily to block it for meetings- on whatsapp, yes. Few good people are wasting their careers at this place (read:me).

Pros

the work that they provide is nice really hardworking designers

Cons

HR is not understanding, the CEO is never present and always acts like a child. There is so much politics. Copy and design team never talk to each other. Late working hours. You put in too many working hours and there is no appreciation from the seniors. You have to always impress the client.

Pros

Brandmovers is a great place for young creatives looking to learn the ropes and hone their craft. I started off as a copywriter and with a lot of proactive hustle, mentorship and good colleagues who helped me look at the big picture, I grew to the rank of ACD over the years. I received a lot of exposure with clients and got to work with many departments in the company. I was given the space to rise and fall without being micromanaged and through the help of good feedback that truly helped me. I worked here for over 5 years and I would definitely recommend it for the good mentorship, the exposure of working across varied industries (fashion to finance to pharma and more) and overall wonderful colleagues who do not have the rigid hierarchy and bureaucracy that big agencies are notorious for.

Cons

We'll, no agency is perfect, and while my experience was very positive throughout my tenure, I would say that the cons I faced are too minor to point out here.
