Nice enviroment Free to work on any project you like Amazing team Working within the I.T security team is a delight! I love being at work, the team is super friendly and supportive. There are not micromangement at the team by the line manager. I honestly have been offered a lot of jobs around the UK in the same field but i cannot exchange the happy and flexibility working enviorment that i get at Brewin,

- Lack of salary increase - Pension is the worst - Leadership do not care about your career progression no matter how good you are! I would say this is the same for other wealth mangamgment firms though which is not a good way to progress. I would rather work in a place that offered me a career and growth path.

Free fruit maybe? Tiny pockets of competence.

Cons

Overt bullying/passive aggression either ignored or not seen by HR. Denial of blame culture before heading in search of scapegoats. Poor investment in infrastructure. No career progression. A grading structure to keep people in their place as opposed to progressing them. Poor pay. Expenses not always covered. Could go on..........
