Free fruit maybe? Tiny pockets of competence.
Cons
Overt bullying/passive aggression either ignored or not seen by HR. Denial of blame culture before heading in search of scapegoats. Poor investment in infrastructure. No career progression. A grading structure to keep people in their place as opposed to progressing them. Poor pay. Expenses not always covered. Could go on..........
