RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Brewin Dolphin full-time for less than a year
Pros
Company and leadership strike the right balance between being a friendly and caring organisation while remaining commercial. Clients and employees are at the centre of all key business decisions. Good work/life balance. Good communication from senior leaders. Invested in modern workplace technology.
Cons
Nothing negative to say - I have enjoyed working at Brewin Dolphin over the last year.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Brewin Dolphin full-time
Pros
Work life balance isn't bad. Don't have to work late too often. HR are nice. Office will be moving to a great new space shortly
Cons
Unpleasant environment to work in. Since I have started working here, lots of people have left in my department in a relatively short period of time. I suppose this is balanced out by some people also spending over 5 years here, but it sort of supports my view that it's a very unfriendly, isolating and cliquey place to work if you aren't in the 'inner circle'. Training and support aren't great. Can lead you to stagnating. Benefits and bonus are (far) below industry standard and pretty poor. Eg. gym 'discount' is literally a saving of £3 a month or less. What's the point ?
