Here I am sharing my experience with BrickWin Consultancy Services Noida 63 1) You can work free mind without any pressure like an MNC ( Means Management is good) 2) Salary comes in account. 3) Entertainment - A) there is park in front of company you play match in lunch (company allow and provide you bat and ball) B) Every Friday after 5 PM match would be played and Sat and Sun is fixed off. C) In Month twice and thrice lunch D) Full day leave on Birthday or you can take party from the company. E) Half day leave on marriage anniversary They are good as i worked over there.

Cons

I was not able to find out any of weak point of this company because they have good management and environment. Basically Its depend on your perception or thinking.
