Some great people there Great benefits (pension, health insurance etc)and good pay for the industry

Big culture of micromanagement. Some newer managers in the finance team are downright rude and nasty, others see you as a personal call centre for all their minor issues. Culture of long hours and presenteeism, if you leave before 6pm you get daggers from certain people.

You're expected to start early and finish late. It's the company norm to get emails at 10/11pm at night. Lots of talk about staff mental health but I'm yet to see it and the push to get everyone back in the office, despite most wanting to work from home, is tremendous
