    Flexible. Able pick hours. Office staff is nice and easy to work with.

    Online system crashes occasionally. Sometimes, clients are uncooperative

    I have been working at BrightStar Care for less than a year

    Pros

    BrightStar care is a great work place. Staff really cares and really help you grow professionally. Office staff is really responsive when it comes to information needed. Your schedule is really flexible. Pay rates are really competitive.

    Cons

    Caseloads are really small. It may take awhile to build up but staff really works hard to fill you up. Staff is helpful when it comes to this.

    Depending on your job title, you may have to take work home with you, must love driving because you may do a lot of that too

    Big liers pay is horrible they only care about making money not the clients or employees. Gossip and cliques not appropriate thieves unprofessional to the highest level the supervisor tell the branch manager what to do

    Getting to assist patients and families. Good nursing and therapist care provided

    Cons

    Office staff HORRIBLE, CLICKY, cannot do their jobs. Most unorganized and compliance nightmare. Physicians and patients disgruntled with dealing with office staff incompetencies.

    BrightStar Care Lafayette is a great company to work for. They are understanding, they genuine care about their staff/clients. The office staff is caring, fun, and make sure to tell you they apricate you when you come in.

    Brightstar is a wonderful company to work for. They are understanding when you have something come up. The office staff is very caring, fun. They make sure to tell you they appreciate you. Brightstar cares about their staff/clients.
