BrightStar care is a great work place. Staff really cares and really help you grow professionally. Office staff is really responsive when it comes to information needed. Your schedule is really flexible. Pay rates are really competitive.

Caseloads are really small. It may take awhile to build up but staff really works hard to fill you up. Staff is helpful when it comes to this.

Depending on your job title, you may have to take work home with you, must love driving because you may do a lot of that too

Big liers pay is horrible they only care about making money not the clients or employees. Gossip and cliques not appropriate thieves unprofessional to the highest level the supervisor tell the branch manager what to do
