Honest, genuine, and compassionate leadership, great flexibility & autonomy, excellent hourly, and weekly pay, always and well-compensated.
Cons
hours and assignments are not guaranteed week to week, and can be inconsistent. so this job is fantastic for supplemental or additional work for someone not needing benefits or to make the same amount every week. Higher hourly pay was the trade-off for no benefits so cannot really be considered a negative.
