I have been working at Brightside Academy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Having the weekend off, and the children.

    Cons

Low pay, There's a new president of the company every other month, The directors are not qualified, The owners do not care about these minority children they're more concerned with the other daycare that they own. They do not appreciate their staff or enrolled families. The tuition is entirely too high considering where the sites are located. They need to throw the whole company away. Do not apply here.

I have been working at Brightside Academy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Free childcare for salary employees

    Cons

There is not support from your supervisors. They also overload you with work that one person can not possibly do because they can not keep any employees. This is due to the lack of support, low pay (on top of that they just took away mileage reimbursement and want you to travel all over the city), and the oversize caseloads regardless of what they tell you when you first start. They also expect you to work more than 5 days a week and do not pay for any overtime if you are a salary employee.
