I have been working at Bristlecone full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent Senior Management if you are in the Supply Chain Applications vertical. Bosses are extremely fair, methodical and most importantly care for you and your growth in the organization. Hand holding, trainings and rewards are always there as you progress. However, the onus has to be on you to go that extra mile and learn to deliver.

    Cons

Pay could have been better. Insurance policy is not good at all.

I have been working at Bristlecone full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Chill Environment - Friendly people - many activities - necessary amenities provided - easy selection process - if you dont want to change company and stay then this company is for you.

    Cons

Okay so here are the cons. - Only Two projects are there according to my knowledge, SPS AND SAP - If you are a fresher or 3-4 years experienced guy and selected for Sps commerce project, trust me - find another job, as the tools used in that project are not at all useful if you want to change domain in different company. - The team allocation is randomised, they don't care whether you are good at coding or development, they just randomly ask someone "kis kis ko Python aata hai" - who all know python- and if someone says yes they take them into that team. - Team pressure to achieve count. - No appreciation towards freshers as they are busy appreciating the people who are working for 3-5 years here. - Management of resources is the worst. - low hike even if you have a good performance
