Not much. Perhaps the Timelog system could be more intuitive to add monthly hours, but otherwise, very good experience for a middleman, staffing agency. They quickly and smoothly had me onboarded in a week or less.

Company out no pressure on going back to work. It is a a great remote work culture and fair hiring policies. I am enjoying a great work life balance and am happy to be a part of Brite Systems.

Brite is one of Indiana's Best Places to Work, consistently, because it has a great culture. People feel included and the customers and work are challenging, while still allowing for a good work-life balance.

Cons

Like all small businesses, it's harder to maintain the 'family' feel as the company grows. But Brite works hard at this, with many opportunities to meet and socialize, even remotely.

The leadership truly cares about each of their employees, encourages new ideas, celebrates success, and wants you to grow. The team itself is very supportive and works together well to help each other when needed. I have really enjoyed working here.

There's no shortage of feeling valued. They make sure to set aside time for everyone in the company to get together(virtually right now.. of course) and just take a break from work and chit chat, or play team games, etc. There's definitely no feeling like you're just another employee here.

Brite systems is simply great. It's really simple, positive energy from the top trickles down. Yes it's work and it has its difficulties, it's suppose to. But unlike any other place I've worked it's so easy to deal with any obstacle because of the supportive atmosphere that starts with the owners.

Not enough new people to the Salesforce ecosystem can get there start here. If I had my way, all Pathfinders would begin right here because it's a great introduction into the world of Salesforce.

The more senior members of the team are great role models and mentors for the less experienced team members, giving them guidance and support when needed. Management encourages team members to take on roles or projects that challenge them to grow professionally. An individual's efforts and accomplishments are appreciated and acknowledged.

I've worked at Best Companies for a number of years now, this company run on very strong values 1. They always put employee first in any situation. 2. Work culture is balanced 3. Everyone is there to help and guide you 4. Everyone listen to your problem/ issues and leadership is very approachable and always there to help you at time of need If i ever got a chance to work with Brite again that will be great.
