I worked at British Airways full-time for more than a year

    Pros

No one judges you on your appearance or your communication, rather they help you improve upon, with regular call monitoring and feedbacks.

    Cons

-The shifts are rotational on weekly basis which affected me mentally and physically. -Also no fixed weekoff, infact it's often split weekoffs. And than you need to keep searching for a swap. -I couldn't complete all procedures for my resignation in time due to health issues after delivery, and soon was the worldwide lockdown. It's already more than a year, since I am trying to contact the HR but no one responding.

    Cons

Performance incentives were neither too attractive nor achievable due to so many criterias attached and was not worth the amount of revenue we generated for the company.
