I have been working at British Airways full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Staff Travel, Medical Insurance,PF,Pension,Highest salary in comparison to other airlines,High Standard of training, Uniforms, Transport to and from work, over time pay, 24 days annual paid vacation days + public holidays.

    Cons

Growth is extremely slow as it depends on someone else vacating a higher position. It is neither time bound not is it performance based. Vacancies only arise when someone else quits that position. Grave Shift.

I have been working at British Airways full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good support staff. Everyone is very helpful. Provides transport both ways. Good work environment. No pressure for staff as achieveable targets. Overall great place to work and grow. Great potential as lots of new work coming in.

    Cons

Facilities needs to improve. As company going through a transition phase, old systems getting outdated and need for new updated systems is evident. Eventually it will happen. Need to upgrade system and tools to better equip team leads to help mentor staff and improve both performance and efficiency.

    Advice to Management

It's a new world we need to adapt quickly and allow new blood to take the reign and lead.

I have been working at British Airways full-time

    Pros

Transportation facility is good. Training is also good. They hire non travel background people so u may switch your industry anytime to travel background.

    Cons

Not good in compensation part.if on probation you have to wait for your salary like alot. Alot of tenure and non tenure discrimination. If you want to move up the ladder just become your senior's favourite and perform decently. Not very employee centric company. Frequently change of shifts and mismanaged weekoffs.

    Advice to Management

Revise your compensation plan. Be more employee centric
