Pros

Not very corporate Learn new things outside of job description

Cons

Management is very passive aggressive Pay is way below average No covid reimbursement for onsite employees Even though the company has been around for a long time nothing is very structured or organized You're supposed to do things your own way but they get mad when you do even though there isn't a set protocol for how to do things No bonuses or perks for exceeding expectations

Pros

Easy work, if you know how to be technical, have an understanding of automations, and can use Windows/macOS Systems concurrently to achieve business results

Cons

-CEO is cold, does not communicate with management/employees, head of departments -practically no organization and/or effort to create it -employees are expected to draft documentation for rest of company -HR rep is a joke, completely biased towards company and does not attend to any employee needs or concerns whatsoever, going out of the way to make sure employees get screwed -mid management is lazy and ineffective, does not hold any responsibility or accountability in 99% of situations -new employees rely on senior employees to get training regimen exclusively -constant denial of work position advancements -low/meager work compared to rest of industry -company acts like a startup and at many times blames poor management on “hey! We’re still a startup so we can’t do XYZ” even though company has been active for almost 10 years -no work culture that is positive in any way -management, HR, and CEO all clash with work goals and expectations, as well as methodology on how to practice the simplest of tasks -unclear goals (as mentioned in other reviews)

Pros

Owner is nice and cares for employees as well as understands when a deadline is missed, valuing communication over everything else. My position was remote and the company is accommodating with hardware and time needed for work-life balance.

Cons

Goals and guidelines were changed on a daily basis in most cases making it near impossible to complete tasks fully and know that all aspects of the tasks were covered. I was never able to finish a task and know it was complete in order to move onto the next task. Tasks would be brought up later and questioned heavily even if they had been complete for months with correct approvals and prior discussion of direction.
