The number one word that comes to mind when I think of our team value. Not only is the team great at adding value to the clients' business that we serve, but also to each other and our communities. The level of importance that the team and leadership places on personal and professional growth and serving in our communities is unmatched to any other company I have experienced.

Cons

Some may perceive us as “slow to hire.” We like to take our time to get to know a candidate's skill set and goals, and for a candidate to get to know us. This isn’t always popular with job seekers, but it does help ensure we are bringing strong employees on board to be apart of the Brixey & Meyer team!

Pros

A firm that values it's employees first and puts action behind their word. They are constantly making strides to better their day to day culture by hearing the employees out, implementing programs for growth, and making an effort to give the "why" behind all that we do.

Cons

Strategic recruiting efforts to bring in the best individuals to help our clients' businesses through tough projects. With that comes a sense of continually "raising the bar" and growth opportunity; an aim for high challenge for a sense of high reward

Team members are valued, respected and given autonomy to do great work. Culture is upbeat, progressive and promotes continuous learning. We have high expectations of each other and often challenge ourselves for improvement.

We do great work and are competitive. Not everyone can play at our level, which makes recruiting top talent challenging. It's important to know that we have high expectations and expect continued growth and development of our team.

Pros

The culture and people are everything! Flexibility, benefits, and growth opportunities are available. Team truly cares about other employees. Highly recommend as a great place to work!

Brixey & Meyer is still considered a "small firm" so naturally there are hurdles to jump as growth continues
