Our immediate management have bias towards the onshore resources. The manager just discusses things with onshore team and throws all the work to offshore (Indian) resources. The onshore team just earns in dollars and yearns in the office with zero work responsibility. My manager sucks and it is the same opinion from the entire team. There is no on call allowance. They just see resources as slaves and expect people to work on holidays without any allowance or compensatory offs. Again, they are biased saying if US resources work more than 40 hours, they will incur charges as per labor law. Come on, Indian resources are also human. Health Insurance provided with Iffko Tokio is very bad. We do not have option to claim the outpatient charges. I mean, come on who the hell in the world have to get hospitalized to claim insurance? What about the diseases that need only Doctor visit and OTC medicines? This is bad. PAT leave is not in accordance with the Govt policies. Probably worst PAT leave policy of 5 days, which was recently increased to 10 days. Come on, being esteemed financial services company , this is a bad remark on the face of BR
