They accept people with limited experience to get your foot in the door, and most of the people at the company are great to work with

Cons

The business teams are given unrealistic goals and limited tools and training to reach them - which then causes a high turnover in those teams which further hurts the company. Top management operates on ego. Company's bad at recruiting experienced people and retaining talent.

Great product. If it wasn't, the company would have died down a few years ago already

Cons

No investment in the sales team. Prioritize finger pointing over improving via feedback. 6 managers in less than 4 years as no one can succeed Favoritism is a major issue. Undeserved promotions, employees with no results gain tenure, etc. Overall, very toxic environment
