I worked at Buffalo Wild Wings full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They worked with my schedule. I have a career already but it doesn't pay well so I took this job to provide extra income. They understood that I needed to have a flexible schedule and tried their best to accommodate.

    Cons

The last store I worked in was one of the worst stores. We couldn't get resources we needed and there was little to no organization. The district manager acted like he cared but he didn't. He only cared about the money. He made us keep the store open when the weather was below zero and the heat was not working in the building.

I have been working at Buffalo Wild Wings full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Many openings in every position, opportunities for growth, simple duties.

    Cons

Free meals for employees has only recently become policy. If it's impermanent, and it's only purpose is to ease the ache of the labor shortage, that's a terrible look. Workers will come back in the short-term and immediately leave again after realizing the company won't even spare them the empty calories we were going to throw away regardless.

I have been working at Buffalo Wild Wings part-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

I have been with the company for awhile. With that being said I do have a lot of regulars and people who come to see me specifically. There’s never a shift where I make less than $150. I average shift is anywhere between five and seven hours depending on how busy or slow the workday is.

    Cons

Management at my store is very inconsistent. I have been with the company for so long, I have seen managers come and go. There seems to be a disconnect in hierarchy and the management positions. Maybe it’s just our store, but it also seems like they’re in competition rather than on a team.
