The canteen is a good benefit at times, though not one to tip the scales if you’re thinking about a job here.I happily buy my own lunch as it means I can get away from management and the poor culture on days when the job allows me to take a lunch break
Cons
If you are not living inside the pockets of higher management have a life outside of work this isn’t the place to be. Managers don’t support their own staff Excessive on call requirements with poor remuneration Management is defensive Working here is comparable to living with controlling parents.

The people I have come across since working here have been great. The partners and the CEO really seem to care about the employees. Flexible working. The philanthropic side of the bank is very impressive.
