A very rewarding job being able to work with students and helping them achieve their personal academic goals. Hours could be quite flexible but expect to work later hours starting from the afternoon till evening. This could be a pro for someone who's planning on attending school in the morning-day.

The business side to C2 Education can be stressful as the company looks solely at numbers and statistics and almost seem to lack a deep understanding of how centers run and operate.

I enjoy working with students and seeing them improve/become more independent.
Cons
Since the lockdown began, C2 has moved online to adobe connect. This app is extremely slow and buggy, and crashes often. Timing is extremely difficult, and juggling 3 students meanwhile has become a very daunting task. Management also emails us schedules and HW to grade at all hours of the night 10pm, 11pm, and on our days off so the work-life balance is not great.
