    Great mission. Nice people. Good benefits and some flexibility (e.g.work from home).

    Cons

    Too Canada centric and fragmented HQ leadership dynamic; and a fragmented federated approach globally. North-south relationship dynamics too old/tired/paternalistic that urgently needs to evolve.
