Pay was ok but that doesn’t help with the rest of it

Cons

Complete disaster!!! Worst management I’ve ever seen!!! They are owned by an investment company that calls all the shots which is a terrible business model considering they have no idea about construction. I stuck around just to watch the circus!!!!

Raises never happen, horrible conversion with temps, management doesn’t seem to care about the technician or their growth in the company.

Management doesn't share information, crews can be rearranged without notice or input from the people running the crews, very little overtime
