Pros

Caring co-workers, great atmosphere as long as management staff isnt around to hold you back

Cons

Management staff cares nothing about the employee, you are just a number to them. Executive management staff will push, pull, and annihilate lower level branch managers to keep excessively high and unrealistic margins and goals a reality at any cost. Stress levels are high for any non management staff and favoritism and improper management/sales staff fraternization run rampant keeping overall morale at such a low level for the blue collar employees (anyone non management) that I cant even say that ive seen ANYTHING as bad ANYWHERE else in my 28 year career. Dont get caught on this sinking ship, I see a lawsuit looming in the future.... THIS ENTIRE REVIEW IS ON POINT WITH EVERY NON MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEE AND THEIR OPINION AT THE LOCATION WHERE I AM AT, im not some ex employee who is disgruntled, unfortunately I am indeed still employed here because of the trap I have been caught in, dont make the same mistake, read the other reviews and youll find that this all the truth!

Pros

Although I got along with everyone at this location, always was motivated, ask for additional work, came in on days that I didn’t have to, stayed late, took the initiative to learn about more products, introduced the sales guys with new contractors, I always felt like I was discriminated against because of the long seated employee population. My 90 day review only happened after 120 days by an inexperienced new manager who didn’t have any personal skills with new personal.

See above. Definitely left dissatisfied and disappointed!
