Recently most of the CDK employees are asked to move out. We lost our appraisal which has already been almost a year(after Brookfield acquired CDK) You can upskill, but there used to be too little opportunity. When entire world did WFH, few of us were compelled to come to office. Many managers who wish to outshine the glory, they force employees to do something which management might cherish.(One manager proudly mentioned in all hands that his team was the only team to report to office even amidst covid, just think if you have a leadership team that did not care, when life was uncertain, and made you come to office; don't think they would do anything for your benefit rather to make themselves great with the higher ups. There are pointless surveys every week, which would eat your time. and you are compelled to complete it. Even you would be discriminated if you don't participate in other things beyond work.(I do not understand the concept, as beyond work if you are not participating you are not a team player. I am paid to do the work and have a life outside CDK, why am i treated differently)
