The culture is very respectful and professional - and not by accident. There are significant opportunities to learn, grow and develop. Promotion from within extremely common and encouraged. Many coworkers have been at CDW for 10+ years or more. They encourage community involvement and are open to feed back. I have been very impressed so far.
Cons
Finding the right resource can be a challenge due to the size of the company, but this is a good problem to have as there are a lot of resources. Everyone has been helpful pointing me in the right direction.

CDW is truly a place I'm proud to call home. I love the energy, culture, and people I work with. The compensation and benefits are beyond fair, and I feel like a valued part of the team. Also, our leadership team places a high value on work/life balance and respecting our lives outside of work.
Cons
I started as an account manager making tons of outbound calls each day, and while it was a great learning experience, the role wasn't good for me personally long term.
