    Good training program that is paid Great networking opportunities within the IT world Culture is the best part of the company, the coworkers you meet and work with

    Cons

    Can feel like months go by without making any progress. Backbone departments (bid desk, configuration center, ect.) completely disorganized and undervalued, they literally do not read your requests at all and requires a back and forth dialogue that is a complete waste of time and energy. Management can take your 'small business' accounts and reassign them to 'corporate' with or without explanation while never replacing the account that you worked very hard to build from nothing. Leadership either total micro management or completely hands off even when you require help closing a deal.
