      Good employee's, hard working, friendly and smart.

      Cons

      Where to start...The building should be condemned...it is an old townhouse and 2-3 people are put in old bedrooms with shared desks-very cramped and very poor non-working heat and A/C. Management is horrible and micro manage everyone. CEO is moody and unfriendly.

      The only pro is that I no longer work here

      Hands down the worst, most toxic place I have ever worked. The CEO/founder Norman Anderson is the P.T. Barnum of infrastructure; its all lies. The "top 100 infrastructure projects" lists he would produce, though he would tout his "proprietary algorithm" used to produce them, were 90% the result of a handful of interns arbitrarily assigning scores 1-5 to a list of projects and hitting the average function in excel. The remaining 10% were determined at Norman's discretion based on who he was trying to business develop/squeeze money out of. No ethical or accountability structures existed at CGLA.
