    I worked at CIGNEX Datamatics full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Work Culture was good initially, eventually in later years it got bad.

    Cons

    Management and upper management do not take ownership of team members and important decisions for projects. Success belongs to management and failure belongs to technical delivery team. Politics between managers ruins the growth of individual developers. Everyone is concerned for their growth and saving their own job. It's your own choice - To work on multiple projects at a same time, - To take ownership of whole project or projects which are in burning state And things like that. Do not expect literally anything in return from management.

    time flexibility good office infrastructure open source work opportunity

    Cons

    no processes in place. surpriese to see cmm level 3 with this co. adhoc management. ahmedabad delivery head very poor and abusing employees. skilled employees are leaving company poor resource management full of talkers. doer frustrated. just talk, talk and talks. no ownership by management. coo favoring poor delivery head. no ownership and blame games follow most of projects. project managers not capable. ecm practice has poor head less salary Unskilled noncompetent people get promoted or placed at high position.
