I worked at CIT as an intern

    Pros

Enjoyed working in the Asia office. The culture was mature, flexible and fun. The team were open and keen to succeed but at the same time they had enough time to help others.

    Cons

At the time the company was on a head count freeze which was a shame as I'd loved to have gone from intern to employee.

    Advice to Management

Enjoyable culture. Need to invest more in people so they can help progress the business.

I worked at CIT full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good place to learn. Friendly teams. Below average salary, bonus, benefits and opportunities

    Cons

No career path. Director said I was ready to be promoted, but that I hadn't been there long enough lol

    Advice to Management

Promote the best people, not those who kiss the most butt. So much happier I went to BOA

    Pros

The culture at CIT is a very encouraging and supporting culture. I've been at CIT for since last year and I'm surprised by how far I have been able to progress through my career in such a short amount of time.

    Cons

It can be difficult to move between or learn about different departments within the company.

I have been working at CIT part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Manager cared about my development and offered many opportunities to apply myself. Great pay and room for independence. My fellow employees are amazing.

    Cons

No growth or career development . People at the Director level and some life-time VP's never leave which further compounds the problem

    Advice to Management

Set up a career path for associates and give more training to employee to increase effectiveness.
