> Great work culture, people are really helpful and make you feel welcome, they are engaging and are fun to work with. > Training and Onboarding was done really well, they teach you all the concepts before giving you accounts to work on > You get to work with International clients and make contributions to account strategies > Overall you get very good work-life balance. Taking leaves is encouraged, company will announce rest days to give people long weekends. > Decent Salaries compared to other smaller orgs
