I have been working at Cloudsufi for last 2 year and overall, I have had a positive experience. The company culture is supportive and inclusive, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. While every company has its challenges, I am happy with my time currently at Cloudsufi. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive, supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

I joined this organization almost 1.5 years back. The company culture looks positive and supportive, and my co-workers are all highly skilled and very helpful. The leadership team is approachable and always willing to listen to feedback and suggestions for improvement. All hands is a weekly affair where all the employees come together to share both the highlights and lowlights of the previous week. The company encourages professional development and provides opportunities for growth by ensuring that the employees continue to learn new skills and get certified. CLOUDSUFI is a great place to work and I feel valued as an employee here.

Cloudsufi is growing at a very fast pace, and because of that, the onboarding experience for me was really great -In the first week of our joining we had our induction -Proper Weekly training plan is been provided -Use Jira board to track and keep up with the process by keeping the team in the loop

Great working culture. You can grow here easily if you have some goal to achieve.Great to work on a flexible environment. Flexibility which is my major concern while working in any company.

sometimes you have to push your limits to achieve targets . so planning estimation could be more effective.

Great place to start as a fresher you will get to learn a lot. Constant recognitions and rewards when you do things out of the box. Great co-workers, help you to grow as an individual. A lot of opportunities inside the organisation if you are willing to work hard.

This seems to me like a school, where every day assembly need to be attend and if you are not ,your class teacher will punish you. You can not put your thoughts in front of higher management as they have already setup there mindset and no-one can change. They are thinking that employee is a machine or a production line where they can build products of multiple vendors./clients with same machine even without changing he quality parameters. As per them they are always right and making fool their customers as well. Your technical profile might be vanish here. Do not believe on positive reviews as that are posted and written forcefully. Think before join.

* like school attend the daily assembly , give the crap update 3 times a day in various meeting * hr calls you if you don't attend the call of manager for 2 times .LOL *crappy organisation , HR is a clown *If you are selected , my friend run away
