Decent salary, great coworkers (almost like you are in battle together), ability to do way more things than in your job description, decent benefits
Cons
NO RAISES, too lean, horrible weighted bell curve rating system, unrealistic goals, not allowed to be above a 5 when new to job, limited movement possibilities, promises that are not kept, spent over 15 years watching it all go down hill until I decided to leave

401K matching is good.
Cons
No Raises, people go 10 years with no raise. Management have all only worked for CNH so don't even realize how badly it is run compared to other companies. PLM reviews are a joke no constructive feedback is ever provided. Promotions are very hard to come by and are not based on merit and more based on who you are friends with. This is the worst run company I have ever worked for.

If you're the type who likes to go to work and put in about 10% effort and then go home, this is the place. Literally no one cares. Surfing the Web all day got boring for me after a while though.
Cons
Just read all the comments on here and you'll find the common theme. No raises. Bogus bonus system. Toxic work environment. It's all true.

Pros
401k match is good but if you couple that with the no raises you will find the math says you can do better in the long run with a company that pays raises and a lower match. So I find it interesting the number anonymous entries with one liner comments that are giving CNH 3+ stars. Most last year the rating was a 2.7 then at the end of the year a magically increase to 3.0. Have to wonder if these aren’t sham entries from HR trying to boost the number. Too bad you have to at least give it a 1 star. 0 stars should be an option.
Cons
So if you read a few of the more detailed entries you will see the similar themes. There are no raises. People go years upon years without raises. I have since left after 4.5 years with no raise. There were others from here that went 8 years with no raise when they left. When interviewing HR will tell you a nice story about how you can get raises but that will never come true. Oh, and the benefits they keep going up in cost so couple that with your no raise then you are getting an annual pay cut. Let’s not talk about the cost of living that seems to always increase year over year. The bonuses are a joke. You will be told what your payout ranges is and will never see anywhere near that. Best I saw was 40% of the payout. HR also told a nice story about the bonuses which never came true. The environment here is toxic. The turnover rate is huge. For those in charge integrity, morals and honesty is not part of the philosophy or culture. Don’t come here if you want to do the right thing for the customer as that’s not the goal. Here its make things look like they are going well when they really aren’t. Fake news and alternative facts are the norm. The employee review is a forced ranking system, which most companies have long since gone away from for good reason. So don’t expect your review to actually match with your performance. You will be forced into a box and then a review will be fabricated to match the box you were put in. The only result of this is disgruntled employees that weren’t properly reviewed. If you are that rare person that gets a green box congrats. If you got the red box, sorry but someone had to get them. If you are lucky someone from your department will leave or retire at the end of the year so they can give the red boxes to them. Part of the game.

The cafeteria served good lunches and breakfasts.
Cons
no raises and performance review process almost mandates a bell shaped curve. As a result some employees get rated low even though they don't deserve it in order to meet the bell shaped curve forced on the department head. Human resources support is almost non existent as they are spread extremely thin. In the absence of annual raises they have to result to gimmicks like periodic gift cards for recognition or games and events for employees. I believe the lack of annual raise policy is pushed down from Italy as CNH is closely related to Fiat.

***I am not a disgruntled employee, I left because I deserve to stay ahead of inflation. This is the type of review I always look for on this site, open and honest from someone that isn't irate*****

- No raises ever. THIS IS 100% TRUE! HR will tell you during the interview process that they will do a salary review and increase your salary if you are not competitive. What does this mean for you? No cost of living increase & no merit increase. In over 10 years I have never seen or heard of a salary increase pushed through by HR. Even if they did increase your salary to be more competitive, that only tells you you were underpaid for a period of time so why should you celebrate them doing what they should have done in the first place? During my exit interview I heard these two quotes come out of the HR rep's mouth.... "People need to stop playing the victim" & "They need to be thankful they have jobs". So in the scenario you actually like your job and want to master it and stay in the position for years, CNHi makes it impossible because each year you are in that role you are making less money than the year before. Do not ever work for or get a job at CNHi while the agriculture industry is hurting. It will be a living hell no matter how you or your team is personally doing. Bonus calculations change constantly so you never know your target. Last few years the bonus (after tax) was maybe enough for 2-3 car payments. I was consistently ranked high (in the green boxes) so I was receiving the high bonus multipliers.

Pros
The company has good benefits and is global so you can move around if you wanted to. Some divisions are better than others.
Cons
The work life balance is poor if you want to advance and pay is low. No raises unless you take a promotion. During interview I was told I could get a raise as I increased experience, but no change in 5yrs.
