Pros

If you from Rajasthan Bikaner and belong to some community you will be selected in interview and you will get some special prime treatment.

Cons

I worked here almost 2 years. There are lots of cons. They are hiring trainee with less salary and After 3-4 moths, they directly fire them and Reason is your performance is not good. They are doing this continuously. I think this is The strategy of this company. First hire trainee With less salary. Give him all types of work Doesn't matter trainee is join for specific? Profile. Then after few month fire them and Hire new trainee. What are you aspect from trainee? Trainee Has no any experience you need to give him/ Her proper guidance. Lack of training to do job correctly and if you go to senior or management they do. Not help Politics (HR and Management are making a strategy for how to pressure an employee) Company owner's behavior towards employee is also very rude. Insult any Employee in front of all staff. Please don't even go here for an interview. 1. Managers don't treat their employees well , they treat them like slaves. 2. Doesn't have a well established management. 3. They will train us on one tool and places in a project that doesn't even related to what we have learned. 4. Doesn't even care about employees concerns and more over they make fun of us especially managers in front of another employees. 5.For freshers, this company will be like your second school. You will not even be treated as a student.. You will see the hell. Think twice before coming. 6. Both Employee share and Employer share in PF will be deducted from our salary only.. 7. Worst pay slip. 8. No extra payment for extended working hours. 9.All the administrative heads are their relatives and family members, no clue of help for other employees. 10. 14hours/day is a minimum work even on Saturday. 11.Worst culture and management. 12. Every 6 month there is hire and fired policy with out any warning. I would not suggest you to join this company even in pandemic situations.

From the last two years we have hired some energetic and highly skilled freshers from Campuses and Referrals. They are our assets, who are constantly improving and doing amazing. All are actively working with us. Yes, we do believe in making organizational strategies which focus primarily on employee growth and upliftment along with business orientations. There have been so many times we have taken suggestions from our employees and brought changes in our employee policies, which suited our team’s best interest. Whether it was bringing important changes in leave policy, grievance handling style or even encashment of leaves. There is no concept of staff in the organization. We all work at the same level. ‘’Slaves’’ is a strong word to be handled, even we would prefer to leave this term back with the pre-historic colonial era. This word has got a very less importance in a democracy nowadays. Please be informed that both the shares that are deducted get deposited in your PF account. Please see your salary breakup once, your monthly gross salary has the employee PF Deductions, the rest employer part of PF deductions can be found in the Retiral Section, which is very much part of the CTC. Going with Compensation and Benefit under Indian Labor Laws, Employee’s salary slips are in alignment with Statutory Norms. All our team members are our family and we try to help each other by all means. We are so sorry that you feel that way. We never promoted racism and we are sure something must have left you disgruntled. But remembering the good times you can understand we have also celebrated with a variety of sweets. "Bhujiya" is also good, but it should be branded and healthy otherwise it may result in unwanted health issues like acidity! Which is definitely not good for anyone! Pros

No pros at all!! Only cons!!

Cons

1) Will call you anytime in mid-night. 2) Lots of production issues every day. 3) Last milli-second change before every release. 4) CEO has a lot of attitude. 5) Language used in meeting is worst. They literally humiliate you in front of the whole team. 6) All family members. 7) Employee count dropped to 10 in just 2 years from 45-50.

Pros

1. Get to work on the live projects. Good exposure to technologies. 2. Treats employees as the part of the family and are supportive. 3. Good hikes and bonuses. 4. Free Lunch and breakfast provided by the company.

Cons

1. Work Life Balance is not there. 2. Sometimes there is some internal politics and partiality with the employees over other employees. 3. Considering the amount of work, pay from the company is less. 4. While selecting the deadlines for the task, employees opinion are not considered. 5. Might have to work on the weekends.
