      Good Pay. Fun Employee Events. Unproblematic Co-Workers for the most part. Good Benefits. Yearly Pay Raises.

      Cons

      Management sometimes throws in some unneeded stress with Micromanagement. It can get kind of boring at times. Company still does old fashioned file record keeping along with electronic record keeping. You can't get take advantage of some of their offered services sometimes as a employee.
