    Company was in financial disarray and executive management had no idea what was going on.

    Pros

    Used to be good people to work with, but most have now gone to better companies. Some wonderful products and brands however.

    Cons

    Constant changes of leadership, shifting of focus by leadership team. Always being restructured no matter what department you work in. Pay consistently declined and more work expected.

    Pros

    People and the Products used to be the best things at CSM. Sadly most of the good people have left, and the products are no longer "best in class".

    Cons

    Senior Management is completely oblivious, head in the sand. Same with HR. No work/life balance.

    I have been working at CSM Bakery Solutions full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    there are good people here to work with. Probably a left over from when Mr. Weber owned HC Brill. He knew how to keep morale up, something this HR team could learn.

    Cons

    management seems to look at experience as a bad thing, not worth paying for either apparently. Every person in charge seems to be either a consultant or contractor. I wish they would sell to an actual food company.

    Get free cookies. Some good people. Pay is good.

    Upper management is not very professional. They don't. care about their employees. They do not allow employees to have a life. They are very unorganized.

    Good people, managers. I was well trained and given opportunities to grow. Professional development seems to be important

    Cons

    Don't seem to pay that much in salaries but maybe that's just for me. Lack of lateral growth possibly but I'm not sure
