Company had a rough couple of years, financially, so havne't seen bonuses in a while (understandable). Also leaves a bit of a feeling of uncertainty about the future.

Pay Decent work life balance.
Cons
Lazzez faire management very ineffective. Jack of all trades strategy is insane. This company is so full of bureaucrats it is doomed to liquidation. The current mgmt. that has run CSM into the ground replaced the once effective management. A botched SAP implementation took this company down and the management. in place now has no idea what to do to recover.

People and the Products used to be the best things at CSM. Sadly most of the good people have left, and the products are no longer "best in class".
Cons
Senior Management is completely oblivious, head in the sand. Same with HR. No work/life balance.
