No job satisfaction, False commitment, No growth prospects, Poor pay master, No work life balance. Most travel counselor work extended works and return home in public transport. No overtime payout. Cost cutting resulting in one travel counselor giving coverage for two in an implant. No back up resource.

Pros

My experience was that CWT constantly innovates and adapts to an ever-changing business travel marketplace, which made it interesting and rewarding to work there. Lots of opportunities for advancement, dependent upon one's own work and visibility efforts. Fantastic people who work collaboratively. Great support of work-life balance.

Cons

Constant changes is a two-edged sword. They often went through organizational changes and leadership restructuring, which can be both positive and negative. Some silos in business unit priorities remain and can cause competition for lean resources on occasion.
