    Good salary, work-life balance, you get ownership

    Cons

    Quality of peers isn't good (location based), there are too many experienced people at higher level with a mere BSC degree (Lateral hires) and aren't technically strong. Hence, petty politics also exists because of them. Career growth will be slow.

    Human resources need to rebuild their hiring and succession planning to keep the retain and promote the best talent.
