Pros
People are extremely intelligent, friendly, and hard working. There is a great collaborative culture and tools to help you succeed in whichever area you choose. There's a lot of fluidity - you can move from department to department fairly easy. The benefits and work/life balance are great.
Cons
The compensation is below market rate and they really need to address that.
