Pros

Great place to work. You learn how to be a leader and refine skills you didn’t even know you had. You learn what it means to be a true servant and that life really isn’t about you, but is about serving others

Cons

It’s a lot of hard work and can be challenging but it’s worth it. The hours are long, but you know what you signed up for. There are a lot of staff so it’s sometimes hard to get to know p staff on a more personal level

The slides are pretty cool.

They work you to the bone and pay you very little.

The attention to detail of Camp Ozark is unfathomable...every single child is individually treated like they are the most important thing in the entire world. Your camper will have an unbelievable experience & will develop memories that last a life time. There’s not a better camp out there.

In my experience, I have zero cons about the camp & that is the utmost honest truth.

Not the best pay, although you shouldn't be there for the money

Gets mad at you when you quit Will guilt you into donating to their "charity" even though you're getting paid less than minimum wage

The F.I.T. mentality is great. God first, others second, yourself third....gives you a new perspective that helps tremendously while you're there but lasts forever.

It is tough. Camp can wear on you but as soon as it's over and you go home, you're immediately ready to go back.
